This 35-year-old with post childbirth deformity including a large, loose skin envelope and large areolae after nursing 4 children. Results at 6 weeks after breast augmentation plus radiofrequency-assisted breast lift (RF lift) by Dr. Duncan. 375 cc Mentor smooth round moderate profile implants were used. The radiofrequency device was used to tighten the lax soft tissue and to shrink the skin envelope.
