Fat Grafting. 22 year old woman with mandibular hypoplasia, poorly defined jawline, and flat midface before surgery. Patient 2 months after fat grafting to the face and jawline, RFAL of the submandibular and submental neck. Care was taken to avoid an “operated” look.
